For clubs and associations, MOJOE plugs into existing player care and aftercare programmes via a live data dashboard, giving staff the tools to track transition and alumni outcomes, evidence EPPP/PGAAC compliance and unlock new sponsorship and welfare value from delivering outstanding player care.

About the Role

As the first Account Manager at MOJOE, you will be the primary relationship owners post-implementation, responsible for driving product adoption, spend and long-term account growth across a portfolio of club and association-level customers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the services that MOJOE offers, deepening customer relationships, leading strategic conversations, and identifying opportunities to expand MOJOE’s footprint within each account.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture strong relationships across new and existing high-value customers to better achieve their needs and manage all reporting of health within accounts

• Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships with decision makers at your clubs

• Drive spend across the business by owning retention, adoption, expansion within existing products, and growth across your accounts

• Lead Club Reviews within your portfolio to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with clients on strategy and upcoming product releases

• Execute successful launches of the MOJOE platform across accounts in partnership with our Sales and Product teams

• Collaborate with the founders, product and marketing teams to provide informed recommendations into MOJOE’s product roadmap & customer communication strategy that enhance the customer experience and drive efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle

What You Need

• Minimum 1 years of new business sales or account management experience in a B2B organisation

• Ability to anticipate customers’ needs to identify growth opportunities across various types of accounts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills

• Organisational, project management, and time management skills

• Familiarity with basic sales tools and common metrics

• High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup

       •       To be within commutable distance of MOJOE’s HQ in Nantwich, Cheshire

Nice to Haves

• Experience with SaaS sales

• Experience at a high-growth and fast-paced startup

• A deep understanding of the English football and academy landscape
