We've lived the transition ourselves

Both MOJOE co-founders are former professional footballers who experienced first-hand the uncertainty, identity loss, and lack of structured support that defines career transition for most athletes.

Joe Davis spent 10 years playing professionally before facing a year of disillusionment and searching for direction. Tim Alexander balanced five years in tech while playing in the lower leagues, recognising early that preparation was key to a successful transition.

These experiences aren't unique – they're universal across sport.

Tim Alexander

Co-Founder & Director

Former professional footballer who built parallel tech career while playing. Five years at Snowflake (largest software IPO in history) before co-founding MOJOE. Oversees investment strategy and partnership development.
