    This programme supports individuals in realigning their career trajectory by identifying a new direction, strengthening their professional presence and positioning them for roles in industries that match their values, interests, and strengths.

    Unlike generic career coaching services, the Career Reset Programme is athlete-first. It is informed by real experiences of transition and tailored to those who are ready to invest in a serious professional shift. 

  • This programme is intended for former elite athletes who:

    • Have already transitioned from sport and are actively exploring their next chapter.

    • Are currently in a role or industry that no longer aligns with their purpose or aspirations.

    • Are seeking to reposition their personal and professional brand to better reflect their current goals.

    • Desire strategic guidance to pivot effectively into high-growth industries such as technology, media, entrepreneurship, social impact, or consulting. 

  • The full value of the programme is £2,500, payable in two parts:

    • An upfront fee of £500.

    • A deferred balance of £2,000, payable only upon successful placement into a paid position. 

ATHLETE-TO-ENTREPRENEUR PACKAGE

  • The Athlete-To-Entrepreneur Programme is a tailored support offer for current and former athletes who want to build, launch, or scale a business as part of their post-sport transition or dual-career journey.

    This programme is designed to help athletes turn ideas into action, whether you're starting with a vision or already running a venture that needs structure, traction, or scale.

    It’s a guided experience built around mentorship, market insight and execution support. It is ideal for athletes ready to explore entrepreneurship as a long-term income stream or passion project, while leveraging the discipline, network and influence they've built through sport. 

  • This programme is intended for:

    • Current or former elite athletes with a business idea they want to take to market.

    • Athletes who have already launched a business but are struggling to grow or scale it.

    • Athletes curious about entrepreneurship who want to test and validate their ideas with trusted support. 

  • The full value of the Athlete Entrepreneur Programme varies depending on services and scale.

    We offer flexible packages and will work with you to find the right fit for your goals and budget.

  • The Speaking Engagement Programme is a structured development offering for current or recently retired elite athletes looking to build a professional speaking profile, share their story with impact, and generate supplementary income through speaking opportunities.

    This programme is designed to help athletes craft a compelling narrative, understand the landscape of professional speaking, and build the confidence, materials, and network necessary to secure and deliver speaking engagements.

    It is ideal for individuals in transition who are seeking visibility, influence, and a platform to express the value of their lived experience - whether as a side venture or as a potential long-term career pathway. 

  • This programme is intended for:

    • Current or recently transitioned elite athletes exploring speaking as a way to tell their story, build profile, or earn additional income.

    • Athletes with a powerful personal or professional journey, looking to engage schools, businesses, sports bodies, or wider audiences.

    • Athletes who have already begun developing a personal brand and now want to present themselves professionally in public or corporate settings.

    • Those curious about the speaking industry who want to understand its potential and their fit within it. 

    Participants may also be simultaneously exploring other career paths, with speaking used to complement their wider career development efforts. 

  • The full value of the programme is £2,500, payable in two parts:

  • The Career Readiness Programme is a proactive, structured offering designed for current elite athletes nearing retirement or those who have very recently transitioned out of sport.

    It is built for individuals who have not yet taken meaningful steps toward building a second career and need support in laying the right foundations. This programme is focused on building clarity, confidence, and readiness.

    Through a phased approach, we guide athletes through the essential stages of self-discovery, professional positioning, industry exposure, and job preparation - ensuring they are equipped with the tools, language, and support needed to succeed in life beyond sport.

    The Career Readiness Programme offers a holistic path to transition, delivered with the understanding that the shift from elite 

  • This programme is intended for:

    • Current elite athletes planning for life after their sporting careers.

    • Recently retired athletes who have not yet undertaken career transition planning.

    • Athletes seeking to understand their value outside of sport, develop key career materials, and grow confidence in positioning themselves for future opportunities. 

  • The full value of the programme is £2,500, payable in two parts:

    • An upfront fee of £500.

    • A deferred balance of £2,000, payable only upon successful placement into a paid position.
