Joe brings first-hand experience to the THIVE mission, having enjoyed 10 years as a professional footballer, before navigating the subsequent challenges and opportunities in retirement. A year of disillusionment and lack of direction fuels his passion for helping the modern-day athlete discover new pathways and passions beyond the pitch, track, course and court.

Tim transitioned from football into tech, going on to build a successful career in the Software industry, including being part of the largest software IPO in history with Snowflake. Now, he’s channeling his passion for sport, data and tech to give back.
